He is survived by: his parents, Elizabeth Diaz (Bridges) and Juan Diaz Jr.; and his siblings, Aurora Diaz, Juan Diaz III, Nyssa Diaz, Illeana Diaz, Ysadora Diaz, Athena Diaz and Nymeria Diaz.
A rosary was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crippin Funeral Home Chapel (802 E Main St, Montrose, CO 81401). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (628 Meeker St, Delta, CO 81416).
