He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Quade and Virginia Quade. He is survived by: his siblings, Marilyn Siems of Georgia and David Quade of Massachusetts; and his siblings' children, Christine, Charles, Allison and Jonathan. He is also survived by four great nieces and five great nephews.
