He is survived by: his wife Kathy Flemming; his children, Jeffery, Lisa and Kristofer; his daughter-in-law Dawn; his grandchildren, Patrick, Jackson, Madison, Charlie and Piper; his great grandchildren, Kristofer and Oliver; his siblings, Terry (Jan) and Kathy (Michael); his niece Kelley; his nephews, Jason and Jared (Lisa); his great-nephew Elijah; his great-nieces, Caitlin and Madi; Jessica.
