He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Horan and Pat Horan. He is survived by: his wife Christine Byman; and his siblings, Kevin Horan (Jenni), Maureen Hampsey (Charlie), Chrissy Horan (Peter Curtain) and Tricia Strey (Doug). He is also survived by extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Reilly Bonner Funeral Home (801 D St, Belmar, NJ 07719). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St Catharine's Church (215 Essex Ave, Spring Lake, NJ 07762).
