He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles Bell and Dorothy Bell (Henander); his wife Kathi Bell; his pet J. J. of New Raymer; his daughter Erin Pounds-Bell (Neal Bullard) of Brush; his granddaughter Natalie; his siblings, Chris Bell of Fort Morgan and Sandy; his friend Grand Junction; his brother Robert Bell; and his father-in-law Elmer Miller. He was also cherished by extended family and friends.
