He is survived by: his daughters, Patty Mortenson (Neil), Ann Van Portfliet (Kurt) and Sandy Hruby (Dennis); his siblings, Jim O'Connell (Judy) and Joan Ebinger (Mike); his grandchildren, Laura Swenson (Justin), Katie DeFord (David), Michael Van Portfliet (Janelle), Ryan, Kayla Wilson (Jakob) and Danny Hruby; and his great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Ella Swenson, Holly, Palmer Van Portfliet, Harper DeFord and Malakai Wilson.
