David leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. David’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Collins; his daughters, Kimberly Egan Buwalda and Cassandra Duncan; his grandchildren, Bridget Egan, Benjamin Egan and Bailey Duncan; his sons-in-law, Peter Buwalda and Tyler Duncan; and his nephew Daniel Hoffman.
