She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl J. Arthur (Murphy) and James W. Arthur; her siblings, Frank and Norma; her former husband Robert Matheney; her husband Thomas Worthington; and her granddaughter Barbara Katie Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Tom (Tug), Lyssa Chapman-Greene of Fairbanks, Kathy Mendt (Guy) of Thornton, Richard Worthington of Davenport, Tug Worthington (Christine Clark) of Largo and James Worthington (Kim Talbot) of Westminster; and her grandchildren, Billy Brown (Angela), Jason Brittain (Barbi), Tucker Chapman, Lyssa Chapman (Lei), Nick Chapman, Blake Friend (Kendra), Timothy Mendt (Erin), Amanda Bennett (Craig), Jack Worthington and John Worthington. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, two great-great grandsons, and a host of nieces and nephews.
