He is survived by: his wife Rita Rodriguez (Baros) of Glenwood Springs, Colorado.; his children, Jose Rodriguez Jr. (Raquel), Crystal Ortiz (Gabe) and Olivia Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Manuel Rodriguez (Emily), Orlando Rodriguez (Scott), Lasiyas Vialpando, Desmond Ortiz (Parker), Deuce Ortiz, Dede Ortiz, Amari, Emily Guerrero and Lucas Bustos Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Milo, Elena Rodriguez, Peyton and Desmond Ortiz II.
