He is survived by: his wife Vicki Augustenborg; his siblings, Dan, John Steve, Gary Augustenborg and Mary Ritaza; his mother-in-law Barbra Venegas; and his children, Evelyn and Anthony Sailas. He is also survived by his 12 grandkids, 6 great grandkids, and an abundance of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Parish (11385 Grant Dr, Northglenn, CO 80233). A rosary was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fort Logan National Cemetery (4400 W Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236). A reception was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Parish (11385 Grant Dr, Northglenn, CO 80233).
