She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Kissinger and Marjorie Kissinger; her former husband Jim Garvey; and her children, Ross and Kimberly.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Blinn; her children, Kristin Mullennix (Jacob), Richelle Garvey, Aaron Blinn (Cheryl) and Kenny Blinn (Alma); and her siblings, Neland Kissinger (Kellee) and Roxanne Defoe (Bobby). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and brother/sister in laws.
