With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bryce Waugh in Nunn, Colorado, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 11, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas and Edith Lucy Waugh (Vanderpool); his brothers, Leroy Waugh and Leland Waugh; and his siblings-in-law, Red Chastine, Jay Lile, Jean Waugh, Carole Sue Waugh, Kathie Waugh and Hester Sue Crawford (Beck).
He is survived by: his son Kyle Bryce Waugh of Greeley, Colorado; his friend Johnnie Scribner; his son Charles Jason of Skiatook, Oklahoma.; his granddaughter Shelby; his wife Janie of Buffalo, Oklahoma.; his daughters, Kayla Williams (Steve) of Buffalo, Oklahoma and Edee Ruhl (Jesse) of Enid, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Alexis Oleson of Wellington, Kansas, Bryson Waugh, Trevor Waugh of Skiatook, Oklahoma and Avrianna Ruhl; his great grandchildren, Declan Mercer, Kinsler Mercer, Amelia Mercer, Linda Morgan and Athena Morgan; his siblings, Gorey Waugh, Glen Waugh of Buffalo and Lavena Chastine of Guymon; his siblings-in-law, Clydene Waugh of Spearville, Kansas, Estella (Walter Beesley) of Hugoton, Kansas, Dale (Shirley Waugh) of Buffalo, Elva (Mickey Bentley) of Rosston, Eva Lile of Amarillo, Texas, Cora (W. M. Carlile) of Hennessey, Glenda (Mike Cochran) of Goodland, Kansas, Teresa Barkley (Tim) of Gruver and John Crawford of Spearman, Texas.; and his grandsons, Parker Morgan, Emerson Ruhl and Thomas Mercer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the First Christian Church or Willard Cemetery.
