She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulysses S Hendrickson and Mira Edith Matzke Hendrickson; her brother Neil Hendrickson; her former husband William Blair; and her grandson Jason Blair.
She is survived by: her children, William Eugene (Lewella) and Margie Lynn (Ed); her grandson Jarrod Blair (Jennifer); her granddaughter-in-law Tina McCormick (Justin); her great grandchildren, Sierra (GW), William, Elijah, Mira (Kadin), Joanna, Rebecca (Bradley), Carrie, Faith, Erin and Chandon; her sister-in-law Margaret Blair; and her nephews, Wayne, Charlie and Earl Dean. She is also survived by six great-great grandchildren.
