He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Blue (Eli) and Elsie Wilder; and his siblings, Kenneth, Dianne, Duane, Keith, Jeanine and Sheryl.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce H. Pingel; his daughters, Kim Blue-May (Brian May), Kathy Blue and Karla Blue-Broughton (Brian Broughton); and his extended family, Paolo, Melchi, Eliora and Elion Calvadores. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 21 Great grandchildren, and 1 Great-great grandchild.
