Though Todd Franklin may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Todd Franklin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Hines and Mildred Christine Hines (Wright). He is survived by: his children, Todd Florence (Stephanie Chenard) and Kathleen Marie (Vincent Naccarati); his wife Cynthia McWilliams; and his grandson Desmond Hines.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 12498 3790 Rd, Paonia, CO 81428.
