He was predeceased by: his father Jack Riggan; and his brother Jackie Riggan. He is survived by: his mother Loretta Riggan; his wife Barbara Riggan; his children, Traci Verzi (Tony), Lisa Salmonsen (Scott) and Travis Riggan (Alex); his grandchildren, Alyssah Swain (Mitch), Sarah Salmonsen, Hailey Salmonsen, Cailtin Salmonsen, Lily Salmonsen and Maxwell Riggan; and his siblings, Marty Riggan (Gail) and Rick Riggan (Marcee).
