She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Janak and Bernice Janak; and her brother Louis Janak. She is survived by: her husband Jerold Hoffman of Parker, CO; her children, Randy Hoffman (Vanessa) of Larkspur, CO, Ryan Hoffman of Bayfield, CO and Rene Hoffman-Roenfeldt (Mike) of Aurora, CO; her siblings, Shirley Small (Tom), Roger Janak (Julie) and Doyle Janak (Laura); her grandchildren, Joseph Hoffman, Billy Hoffman, Bailey Hoffman, Kody Hoffman, Brayden Hoffman, Reid Hoffman, Morgan Hoffman-Roenfeldt, Kaelyn Leatherbury (Mason), Grayson Hoffman-Roenfeldt and Reagan Hoffman-Roenfeldt; and her great grandchildren, Everett Leatherbury and Archie Leatherbury.
