He is survived by: his wife Emily (Johnson); his children, Melissa (Chuck) and Chris (Christine); his grandchildren, Hannah (Brenden), Chase, Andrew, Davis and Emma; his great grandchild Grayson; his sister Priscilla Motl of Waterloo, WI; his siblings' children, Matthew and April; his great-nephew Brady; his brother Marvin; his sister-in-law Joan Johnson; and also, Mark (Julie), David, Tassie, Josh, Drew, Joanna, Sara, Patrick, Marie, Sophia and Elliot.
