He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Abel (Terry), Laura Pask, Amy Barrett and David Kufeke; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Kylie, Alex, Jordan, Ben, Brendan, Chris, Will, Connor, Noah, Faith and Selah.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Parkinson's or Alzheimer's research.
