He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Koehn and LeRoy Koehn; his in-laws, Dona and Gayle Rexroad; his sister-in-law Dona Watson; and his niece Laynee Watson.

He is survived by: his wife Dana Koehn; his sister Tammy Koehn; his brother-in-law Mike Nault; his niece Jona Watson; his nephew Ryan Watson; and his great-nephews, Reid Riley and Jackson Riley.
