He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Herrick and Eleanor Herrick; his brother-in-law Stan Spelts; his uncle Elmer Herrick; and his cousin Kevin Herrick.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Herrick; his sons, Scott Herrick (Casey), Andrew Herrick and Jeremy Herrick (Rashae); his grandchildren, Presleigh, Annie, Leanna, Treston, Brexley, Emmy, Baylor, Sawyer and Truitt; his sisters, Martha Stone (Gary) and Margaret Spelts; his siblings' children, Martie Stone (Brandon), Justin Stone, Melissa Chapman (Stuart) and Melena Bivens (Brad); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cody Chapman (Morgan), Cory Chapman (Katie) and Taryn Stone; and also, Barrett, Avery, Emerson, Casey Chapman (Amanda), Alyssa Chapman, Kristen Bivens and Christopher Bivens.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Douglas Herrick Memorial Fund, honoring his memory and legacy.
