He is survived by: his wife Teresa White; his daughter Nicole Foster (Jordan); his granddaughters, Evie and June Foster; and his siblings, Mauri Whitehurst (Bo), Julie Duncan (Jay), Regina Rotolante and Tony Rotolante. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
