He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard M. Ogburn and Molly Oleta Ogburn; his siblings, Jake Ogburn, Jimmy Ogburn, Martha Watson (Dan) and Dorothy "Dot" Lewis; and his siblings' children, Patrick Lewis, Billy Watson and Cheryl Watson Musticchi.
He is survived by: his children, Ralph L. Ogburn Jr. (Lori), Greg Ogburn, Trina Polk (Will) and Shaylene Lundin; his grandchildren, Marina Nash (Antonio), Mitchell Ogburn (Madi), Tavi Polk, Talan Polk, Colter Farris, Makena Cahill (Addison) and Riley Lundin; his great grandchild Nico Nash; his brother-in-law Pat Lewis; and his friend Wayne Edwards (Barb). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors project in memory of Ralph L. Ogburn.
