He was predeceased by : his parents, Linda Pintor and Richard Griego; his brother Michael Romero; his grandparents, Cundo, Ruby Romero and Elise Gillian; and his aunt Chris Nieto.

He is survived by : his sons, Miguel Griego, Ruben Griego, Angelo Griego and Louis Griego (Devoni); his grandchildren, Nevaeh and Lielahi Griego; his stepfather Pete Pintor; and his siblings, Regina Mynhier (Steven), Randy Cisneros (Renee), Richard Pintor (Laura), Linda Alcorn and Raina Pintor. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; extended family and friends.
