He was predeceased by: his father John Lusk, Sr.; his brother John Lusk, Jr.; and his grandparent Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his son Austin; his mother Carrie; his mother-in-law Sharon; his sisters-in-law, Pamela (Mike) and Susan (Mark); his nieces, Emma and Annaliese; and his grandfather Gordon (Harric Vander Valk).
