He was predeceased by: his sister Anita Bashor; his niece Tracey Bashor; his brother-in-law Tom Gilmore; and his parents, Nicholas Juarez and Ruth Juarez.

He is survived by: his wife Brigitte Juarez; his son Christopher Juarez; and his siblings, Michael Juarez (Sherry), Niki Gilmore, Jaime Juarez (Kariann), Susan Juarez, Alicia Lopez (Dan) and Vincent Juarez (Brenda). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
