Anthony Forner Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Forner (Pueblo, Colorado), who passed away on December 4, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenic Forner and Lily Forner (Tamburelli); his sister Josephine Slavek; and his wife Rose Forner (Jubic). He is survived by: his children, Janice Thomas (Jerry) and Domenic Forner (Tori); his grandchildren, Michael Thomas, Michelle Blackford (Michael) and Paige Forner; his great grandchildren, Morgan Miller (Bryan) and Brodie Blackford; and his close friend Cherrie Contreras.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Sangre de Cristo Hospice in Tony's name.
