He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Ustohal and Marjorie Ustohal (Miller); and his brother-in-law Mike Betka. He is survived by: his wife Mary Shaw (Carlson); his stepdaughter Christine Roth; his grandson Zach of Colorado Springs; his stepson John (Tammy Shaw) of Parker; and his sister Lynn Betka of Scottsdale. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pueblo Union Depot (132 W B St, Pueblo, CO 81003).
