He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberto Urbina and Francis Urbina; his siblings, Robert Urbina, John Urbina, Celia Gyorkos and Lydia Griego; his wife Mary Veronica Urbina; and his son Arthur Vincent Urbina.
He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Urbina (Mary Beth) and James Urbina (Valerie). He is also survived by his six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
