He was predeceased by: his mother Maria V. Garcia; his brother Nicolas Garcia Jr.; his grandparents, Bengino and Mary Alice Montoya; his uncles, Pete Montoya and Deddie Martinez; his cousins, Melanie Gomez and Martha Alverez; his great-uncle Bernado Montoya; and his aunt Arlene Montoya.

He is survived by: his wife Elisia Garcia; his daughters, Janessa, Victoria Garcia, Ob'Brianna Blea and Olivia Maes; his grandchildren, Luciana and Messiah; his cousin Alicia Montoya; his godchildren, Joslynn, Haileyanna, Annaliyan and AJ; his godmother Bernice Martinez; and his uncle Phillip Montoya. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; extended family and friends.
