She was predeceased by: her mother Molly Maestas (James); her brother David Maestas; her in-laws, Richard Suarez, Robert Servantez, Shirley Mendiola (Manuel), John Hernandez, Sonny Rodriguez, Frank Suarez and Molly Valadez; and her sibling's children, Patrick Rodriguez, Sue Mendiola Martinez, Brent Mendiola, Ronald Hernandez and Marcus Venezio-Hernandez.
She is survived by: her husband Tommy Suarez; her children, Marie Chase (Craig) and Frank Suarez (Saylor); her grandchildren, Aariah, Gyavana, Michael and Tyler; and her siblings, Adeline Rodriguez, Jennie Villa (Albert), James Maestas, Leonard Rodriguez (Joan) and Sally Hernandez. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
A memorial service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Romero Family Funeral Home (110 Cleveland St, Pueblo, CO 81004).
