He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Jane Johnson; his parents, Kenneth Johnson and Anna Johnson Slaven; and his children, Calvin Scott Johnson and Tracy Jane Backstrand.
He is survived by: his children, Tamra Brennan (Dennis) of Durango, Colorado, Gregory Johnson (Sherry) of Colorado Springs and Geoffrey Johnson (Natalie) of Boulder, Colorado; his grandchildren, Makenna Johnson and Hunter Johnson of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and his friends, Ron and Sonia Clark.
