He is survived by: his wife Margarita Maciel; his children, Naty Naveja (Lino), Juan Carlos Maciel (Karina), Ramon Maciel, Margarita Flores (Juan), Cony Maciel, Tonis Restrepo (Julio) and Pepe Maciel; his grandchildren, Lineth, Natalia, Daniel, Juan Carlos, Luciana, Fernanda, Sebastian, Esteban, Andrea, Andres, Joshua, Sofia, Romina, Alessandra, Santiago, Maxmiliano and Emiliano; and his sister Beatriz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
