She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin L. Parr Jr.; and her parents, Frank T. Bone and Mamie Lou Bone (Gibson). She is survived by: her great grandchild Jacquelyn Richards; her grandchildren, Kelley Sagona (Frank), Rickey, Jackson, Charlie, Samantha, Danny Richards (Crystal), Connor (Dec), Hannah, Natalie, David Richards, Kinsley, Suzanne Taylor, Stephanie Solano (Eli), Elijah, Kade, Deborah Jesik (Joe), Andrew Jesik, Lynne Rice (Chris), Corey, Kimberly Jesik, Emma and Mia; and her siblings, Jerry Cummings (Ann), Dr. Ronald Coffey (Christina), Beverly LaRance and Chuck Jenne.
Donations may be made in Carolyn's name to the Pueblo Child Advocacy Center and Sangre de Cristo Hospice.
