He is survived by: his siblings, Alvin K. Burk of Colorado Springs, CO, Patricia Beach (Burk) of Parsons, JoAnne Pirnie (Burk) of Phoenix, Arizona, Esther Kevan (Burk) of Rye and Sara Jane Burk of Nevada. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
