He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Chapman; and his sister Shellie Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Chapman; his children, Anthony, Isabella and Eli Chapman; his in-laws, Rudy and Diana Gurule; his sisters, Deanna Ealey and Janet Chapman; his in-laws, Victoria Gurule and Sam Tucker; his goddaughter Jaylee Tucker; his siblings' children, Harley, Justin Tucker, Ryan Baker, Javan Chapman, Gaije Sgambati, Hope, Kurstyn Chapman, Chelsey Cosby and Misty Baker; and his pet Izzy. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
