He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cary, Vella Herndon, Ralph and Mildred Carlock; his parents, Norman Carlock and Della Carlock; and his parents-in-law, Dobbie and Dee Stephenson.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Darla Carlock and Jonathan Carlock (Lisa); his grandchildren, Cole (Lexie), Rick (Isabel), Steven, Breeanna, Evan and Bryn; his great grandchildren, Timmy and Lucas; his sisters, Rhonda Madison (Lee) and Trish Blackwell; and his extended family, Judy Stephenson, Bud Stephenson, Joyce Young (Jerry) and Doug Stephenson (Tammy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
