He is survived by: his wife Nancy Rodriguez (Carver); his daughter Rodrieka Rodriguez; his stepdaughter Lisa Torres; and his siblings, Lawrence Rodriguez of Pueblo, Colorado, Victor Guerrero of Pueblo, Colorado, Hermillo "Eddie" Rodriguez, Senovita Aragon, Cathy Menzor of Denver, Colorado, Mary Lujan of Denver, Colorado and Ortencia Neff of Denver, Colorado. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
