He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Rael and Petra Sisneros Rael; his daughter Isabel; his wives, Martha Medina Rael and Alice Montoya Rael; his siblings, Crisostomo, Didia Rael Aragon, Erlinda, Candido, Filadelfio, Leandro and Petrocino; and his grandson Zach Sanchez.
He is survived by: his children, John (Claudine), James (Veronica), Beatrice, Richard (Donna), Albert (Elisa), Sarah Sanchez (Larry) and Joyce. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name Guillermo Rael to Praise Assembly Spanish Church.
