He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Howard Lewis and Lydia Belle Gill. He is survived by: his brother Ron; his close friends, Jim, Bill and Noel; his wife Barbara Gayle Lewis; his children, Kenneth Ryan Lewis (Kristin Lund) and Holly Lynette Smith (Cory Smith); and his grandchildren, Levi, Zachary Lewis, Chase Smith (Nancy Smith), Ashly Moore, Carson Lewis, Tanner Smith (Savannah Smith), Martin Lewis, Jillian Lewis and Emily Smith. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
