He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda Baker and Jack Baker. He is survived by: his children, Jerid Baker (Ivy), Tyler Baker, Shelbi Hajek, Jennifer Baker and Shandi Hajek; and his sister Stacy Baker. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
