He was predeceased by: his mother Carmen Reyes; his son James A. Saldana Jr.; the mother of his children Norene Trujillo; and his siblings, Linda Saldana, Roque Saldana, Andy Reyes and Helen Saldana.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherri Garbiso (Jamie Herrera); his father Joe Reyes; his siblings, Denise Kidd, Gloria Reyes, Geraldine Reyes, Steve Reyes and Darren Saldana; his grandchildren, Marissa, Devon Romero, Jarrod, Emily Garbiso and Oceanna Arellano (AJ Hunt); his great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Izaya, Eelijah (Wedo), Elias, Olivia and Bella; and his close friend John Head.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Romero Family Funeral Home (110 Cleveland St, Pueblo, CO 81004).
