He is survived by: his daughter Jerelyn Ugalde; his parents, Xochitl Perez and Raymundo Cardenas; his siblings, Daniel Cortez (Abigail) and Valerie Ugalde; and his grandparents, Porfirio and Eustolia Perez. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family.
