He was predeceased by: his wife Jo Ann Stice; his parents, Chet Stice and Lois Stice; his parents-in-law, John and Mary Ann Peterson; his daughter Loy Eikenberg; his daughter-in-law Diana Stice; his grandson Tyler Ingo; his siblings, Norman Stice, Jean Hadduck, Barbara Stolz, Sharol Roush, Linda Mead and Bill Stice; and his brothers-in-law, Merle Rowland, Robert "Chief" Roush, Les Stolz and Don Mead.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Stice (Judy), Denise Mackay (Doug), Kelly Stice (Victoria) and Jerri Lynn Ingo (Rick); his son-in-law Bob Eikenberg (Kim); his siblings, Norma Wright (Garnet), Carol Hughes (Robert), Gail Carpenter (Jim), Phil Stice (Pat) and Ken Stice (Shirley); his siblings-in-law, Becky Stice, Betty Stice and Charles Hadduck; his grandchildren, Sheila Larson (Tyler), Lisa Hilt (Aaron), Jason Eikenberg (Stephanie), Brian Eikenberg, Tony Eikenberg, Derek Johnston, Holly Hoff (Brian), Kevin Mackay, Ryan Stice (Kristina), Jennifer Nuti (Mark), Brice Ingo (Devon) and Kelsey Reed (Dean); his great grandchildren, Bradyn, Alli Stice, Ashlyn, Reagan Eyden, Dillon, Taylor Eikenberg, Kashley, Wacey Ingo, McCoy Reed, Paul Johnston, Hayes, Tate Ingo and Kennedy Hoff; and his close friend Betty Lancaster.
