With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John E Welsby (Pueblo, Colorado), who passed away on July 4, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though John may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Jason Welsby (Traci Spinuzzi) and Stephanie Morsch (Brian); his grandchildren, Chelsi Spinuzzi (Kurt Long), Hadli Welsby, Chance and Hayden Morsch; his brother George Welsby (Margaret); and his sister-in-law Diane Clark. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in John's memory—a cause close to the family's heart.
