He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. W. Max Gentry and Emily Nystrom Gentry; his wife Mary; and his brothers, Willard Gentry (Bill) and Richard Gentry (Dick).
He is survived by: his children, Joe Gentry (Kathy) of Scottsbluff, NE., Kelly Barker of Pueblo West, CO. and Emily Trujillo (Rick) of Casper, WY; and his brother Bob Gentry (Jody) of Greeley, CO.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
