He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Kay Stacy; his grandson Johnny O'Carroll; his former wife Rose Mary Buniger; and his parents, Stanley Stacy and Ethel Stacy.
He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Kay Winders, Donna Fay Nichols, Diana Mae Swindle and Mark Jay Stacy. He is also survived by three granddaughters; three grandsons; and several great-grandchildren.
