He is survived by: his children, Amanda Cook Detrick of Atascadero, CA, Joey Sauer Gajic of Santa Clara, CA, Suzanne Duran, Felisha Rodriguez, Shuree Sauer, Elizabeth Sauer and Franklin Sauer of Pueblo; his wife Tina Sauer; and his brothers, Robert Sauer (Darlene) and Richard Sauer (Julie). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren, and friends.
