He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Ruiz; his daughters, Rachel Ruiz (Donald Sena) and Evelyn Ruiz; his grandchildren, James Gonzales III, Larrisa Montez (Billy), Jose Herrera Jr. (Margie), William Manzanares III (Jada) and Jazzy Manzanares; his great grandchild Little Bill; and his siblings, Gloria Martinez (Manuel), Jerry Ruiz, Frances Sintas, Pete Ruiz (Celina), Conlee Ruiz (Kathy), Jeanie Baca (Ralph) and Debbie Ruiz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; extended family members and friends.
