She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Carlon and Ruby Carlon; her brother Theodore Carlon; and her brother-in-law Bill Roche. She is survived by: her husband Rory Cook; her children, Oliver Carlon, Scott Cook (Lisa Bartholomew), Travis Cook (Rachel), Lauren Gerlitz (Matt) and Amy Gatewood (Kenneth); and her siblings, Teresa Roche, Gene Carlon (Diane) and Laurie Truax. She is also survived by Seven grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Memorials may be made to Pueblo Domestic Violence Community Task Force or Musical Community Productions in Judy's name.
